The 1500

The 1500 consists of 5 separate matches, several stages in each match, different timings, positions and overall 150 shots.
The maximum score is 1500 but only a couple of shooters have ever achieved it.

Match 1:
Stage 1: 10 metres 30 secs 12 shots standing, including a reload.    Stage 2:
15 metres 30 secs 12 shots standing, including a reload.
(NB. for SB rifle - 20 seconds)

Match 2:
25 metres 90 secs: - 6 shots kneeling, 6 shots standing left shoulder/hand, 6 shots standing right shoulder/hand.
Match 3:
50 metres 165 secs - 6 shots kneeling, 6 shots sitting, 6 shots standing left shoulder/hand, 6 shots standing right shoulder/hand.
Match 4:
Stage 1: 25 metres 35 secs - 12 shots standing, including a reload.    Stage 2: 25 metres 35 secs - 12 shots standing, including a reload.

Match 5:
Stage 1:
10 metres 30 secs - 12 shots standing, including a reload.    (NB. for SB rifle - 20 seconds)
Stage 2: 25 metres 90 secs - 6 shots kneeling, 6 shots standing left shoulder/hand, 6 shots standing right shoulder/hand.
Stage 3: 50 metres 165 secs - 6 shots kneeling, 6 shots sitting, 6 shots standing left shoulder/hand, 6 shots standing right shoulder/hand.
Stage 4: 25 metres 12 secs - 6 shots standing

Ready position Rifles: loaded with six rounds only and made ready pointing at the back stop and held parallel to the ground at waist height with both hands.
Ready position Pistols: loaded with six rounds only and holstered with the safety catch on.

All reloading to be carried out after changing position.
